Breaker Resources NL's main focus is its 100%-owned Lake Roe Gold Project. Since announcing what appeared to be a large new gold system in August 2015, Breaker has made several primary gold discoveries and confirmed its initial findings after completing over 40,000m of follow-up drilling.
Breaker’s exploration strategy focuses on the use of structural analysis and innovative multi-element geochemical techniques to identify areas with the potential to host large new gold deposits hidden by transported cover. Under-cover areas areas in WA's high-endowment Eastern Goldfields Superterrane are largely unexplored. Since listing in April 2012, the Company has identified large new highly prospective +10-20km gold-in-soil anomalies in a number of areas. Although the core focus is the Lake Roe Project, Breaker has identified significant gold potential on its Dexter and Ularring Rock Projects, where multiple targets have been recognised, many of which are drill-ready. Exploration activities during 2016 included aircore, reverse circulation and diamond drilling, together with geological mapping, petrology, multi-element studies and environmental rehabiliation. An aggressive drilling program at Lake Roe is planned to continue throughout 2017.
